Refund policy
Please be aware that, due to the perishable nature of our ice cream, all sales are final. Upon receiving your order, kindly check it promptly and notify us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, so we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.
Order cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once made. Please contact us at HelloTropicream@outlook.com as soon as possible if you would like help with your order.
Pick up policy
If you are unable to collect on your scheduled pick-up date, please email us 24hrs before the day of your pick-up date at HelloTropicream@outlookcom to re-arrange a pick up day suitable for you.
Shelf life
Our ice cream should be consumed within 6 months of purchase and within 6 weeks if opened already.
